Guys,
My suggestion is to visit a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Location for assistance with this.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I cured it for me...I had the same exact problem forever in one day... for me it ended with factory reset at least 30 times, many reboots, and trying all my different gmail accounts...only three, but my third and very lonely unused gmail account worked. Sounds simple, but it ***** sure wasn't. I guess this is the email account I assoicatiated with my new phone setup that will never die. What a PITA.

Also, I want to say...I dropped my phone yesterday and that's when I experienced the major problems. Peace Out.

I think: go back to the store is not much of a solution, but I finally did go to the official Samsung repair service bc I couldn't find a solution anywhere. It's clear to me that the /misc partition is probably corrupted from a system update that went wrong.
My phone has a small crack in the backplate and is under warranty. Imagine my dismay when Samsung São Paulo refused to help me and tried to for me to pay USD 150 to fix the backplate. I'm a software developer and I explained to them that clearly this was a software issue. But they said "we may have to take it apart and you don't want it returned more broken than it already is". I know a scam when I see it. Shameful predatory behaviour by samsung. I contacted Samsung service afte this to complain and they said they would get back to me. That's a month ago now. "They're busy" they said when I inquired again. Busy sending faulty updates and scamming consumers?

What do you mean by trying all your Gmail accounts?

Did it get fixed, my problem is on a Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime. It works about 96% fine. It was on Android Version 6.0.1. I updated it to Android 7.0 in October 2019. Anyways, the problem is that my phone has 2 SIM cards on it. The first one works perfectly fine. The other one's data connection connects for a second (The H+ or 4G) and then disappears. Due to this my data connection does not work. I tried the recovery area and wiped my cache partion. It gave me that message. But after the software update (to 7.0) it was totally fine until now. Any ideas or suggestions, anyone?
