Wish notifications blocked

Having a weird problem where wish doesnt allow notifications, it shows as a system app and wont allow me to enable notifications and says all notifications are blocked

Try deleting the app from your phone and from your MyLibrary in the Playstore and then redownload it and then see if that helps.

Something must have glitched if an app you've downloaded then shows as a System App.

Push notifications

We’ll send you push notifications for order updates, when there’s special deals or promotions on Wish, system updates, or if you have any new rewards to take advantage of. 

Here’s how you can opt into or change your push notification settings. 

Mobile app

Open the app menu by tapping the icon on the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Tap the gear or cogwheel on the top right corner. 

Tap Notification Settings.

Tap the checkbox(es) to select or deselect what you’d like to receive notifications for.

Make sure that the corresponding checkbox is unchecked for each push notification type you do or do not want to receive. 

I'd advise researching Wish on trust pilot etc before using.
