Okay, as you probably have noticed I have had the same issues for awhile, its a common problem and Samsung haven't found a fix yet, well not a fix that I am aware of.
Anyway I thought a test on microphone will be very handy, go through the steps that others have mentioned on their post and then see which one works for you.
Sorry to say you are on your own as Samsung and WeFix haven't been much help.
