All s10 users on the imei screen white is there a small blob on the bottom left?? Trade in has told me I need to pay as its faulty.. my issue is not the payment but that its not fault of my doing as this so called blob or dead pixels as samsung have called it is only visible on that screen.. even during the screen pixels test screen it does not appear so I'm being forced to pay for an issue that is not mine.. help or advice needed
