Sync from OneDrive

Is it possible to sync an image file FROM OneDrive TO a folder in Samsung Gallery? I have created a new folder in Gallery and an image file will sync TO the same named folder in OneDrive. I cannot make a file travel in the reverse direction.

...and this is why I've kept using Google photos. When they work it out, Google photos will be dropped like a stone
