Stuck on android 12

My samsung s21+ doesn't get the update from android 13 and the latest 14.

I have checked flashing sites for my model and in all the searches my model firmware is for May 1st 2022.

What country are you in? Your phone is an US model, which will only update OTA in this region unfortunately.

I'm Not in the US unfortunately. I'm in South Africa...

I understand that OTA update wont work if I'm not in the US.....But even when i search for the firmware online for this version i realise that the last update was for android 12.....has samsung forgotten about version G996USQU5CVDB ?

Can i flash android 14 for a different baseband version? For the same model SM-G996U....Will it work?
