My Samsung S21 shuts down and restarts at least 6 or 7 times a day and it's becoming extremely frustrating. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening and how I can fix it?
Have a look at the device care. There could be an app that needs updating or the phone is set to restart to keep it running at peak profomance. Clearing the cache on a regular basis will help.
Thank you very much for the info. I've just found that the phone was set to RESTART for peak performance so I've turned it off and keep fingers crossed that it'll sort the problem. Thanks once again I'm very grateful 🙏
