Samsung notifications

Good morning 

Ever since I joined this very helpful forum, I get a Samsung account notification popping up on my notification bar.

I have been to my settings, but I am unable to disable these notifications as the appropriate toggle is faded out (as pictured above).

Is there any way to override this?

I believe you should be looking at the 'samsung members ' app notifications.

Settings> notifications >app notifications and search for samsung members.

Unfortunately I don't seem to have Samsung members in that list (please see attached below)

Interesting.

If you long press on the Samsung members icon and then press the small 'i' you should have the option to turn off there as well

I'm very grateful for your help but I'm afraid I don't know how to find the Samsung members icon as it is not on the apps notification list.

Are you using samsung members app on the mobile or Web?

App should be with other apps on the phone .

Samsung members doesn't appear anywhere on my phone unfortunately

Try to download the Samsung members from the Galaxy Store, doing that should add it to your app list and you'll be able to access it.

Also you need to turn on sound vibration in the alerts to receive the notifications.

Thanks for everyone's input.

I have installed Samsung members, but no Samsung members icon has appeared on my phone, and I am still unable to stop notifications on the Samsung app account page.

Therefore I'm still receiving these rather annoying notifications at the top!
