I have a samsung galaxy s21 ultra 5g I got the one ui 6.1 update and now my screen will not unlock I did some research the s22 is having the same problem with the oneui 6.1 update I call samsung and that was no help at all my s21 ultra was working fine before the update can some one pls help me
When you say your screen won't unlock... is it saying its the wrong pin? Or when you put pin in it doesn't say anything and just sits there waiting for you to enter more digits? Please could you just explain a little more please ☺️
Hiya thanks for your post on galaxy s21 getting 1ui 6.1 update I'll have to warn my pal about the possablty of this glitch. With this sofeear update. If I was you I would take your phone back to your network provider and aske them to sort it out. Or better still send it to samsung have you tried clearing cash or factory reset . But if you do this back your phone first.and you do this by pressing your power button and volume down button at the same time. I hope this helps.
