Samsung galaxy s21 mobile data not working when ion phone calls

I dont no if its just mine but when i am on the phone my mobile data doesnt work so i carnt go on my Internet or banking app when i am on the phone i have unlimited  mobile data as i on contract please can sone one help as there is no feature  to use to use mobile data while making phone calls

It can depend on the network your using @LAZYSNIPER 

It's not a limitation of the phone but typically the mobile network.

Have a word with your networks customer service.

For example I'm in the UK and use o2 and Vodafone.

When I'm on an active call my data connection drops from 4G to H+ but I'm still able to access the Internet.

Carnt access nothink so i have to end the call even whats app if some one sends me aomethink while i am on phone i wont recive it so have to end call

I dont think it is as i had this ph9ne before on ee an could use internet while on a call had new one on upgrade an now this phone doesnt allow me to use mobile data while i on phone

It's not a limitation of the phone I believe. 

My son has the s21 and I've just asked him and he can access the Internet while on a call to me.

I think its when he recives a call try phoning him an get him to go on google an see if it works cuz when i recive a incoming call an try an go on the internet it says no network i have 5g network an unlimted data

Yes it works.

I've also had him ring me and try to access the Internet and that connects albeit at a lower connection speed. Once I end the call my connection returns to 4G or 4G +
