S9 bluetooth connected to bt speaker but will not play

When I try to play a video it says you can't watch video  while ypu are on a call.   Also. Bluetooth speaker connects but wont play the sound come out of phone ear peice

Hi if you are on a call while trying to play video/music it will block you from doing it, and for your 2nd issue could you please check settings>connections>Bluetooth>(your device name)>Audio is enabled?

@Donnaandjames: For clarity, are you on a call when you receive the notification? If so, which app are you using to play the video? I just tried playing a video via the Gallery app, and was able to do so without issue, although this was on a newer model running Android 13. 

For the Bluetooth speaker issue, are you trying to get the call audio to play through the speaker?
