S9+ banking app no longer compatible

I can not download Bank of Scotland mobile app as apparently no longer compatible with my device. Was working but when went to update app it all went wrong. Have tried clearing caches etc. and phone updated up to date. App does not show up in Google play when searched for. Any help appreciated.

They'll suggest you use a more updated phone. It's not viable or secure for them to keep apps running on older firmware.

Like others have suggested, this is probably more to do with the S9+ no longer being a supported Android device.

Yes both Lloyds and Halifax are no longer compatible on an S9 either I phoned Lloyds and they said they knew of the issue since an update, but didn't say anything other than use the website.
