S21 Ultra green line issue please solve my issue

My S21 Ultra has a vertical green line on the display without any physical damage it is very unfair Samsung should at least provide me a free display replacement because there is no physical damage
The phone is only 2 years old 
Samsung Sri Lanka's customer service is the worst which is the reason I had to contact another countries customer support please forward my message on to the higher executives and solve my issue

Seems like it's an android issue. Some people with Oppo phones having same issues after updating.

Dear Samsung,

I am writing to you about a problem I have with my Samsung S21 Ultra phone. I bought this phone in April 2021 and it was working fine until recently. A few weeks ago, I noticed a thin green vertical line running from the top to the bottom of my screen. The line does not go away even after restarting the phone. It is very annoying and affects my user experience. I have searched online and found out that this is a common issue with some Samsung models. Many other users have reported the same issue, indicating that this is not an isolated incident.
 
I have also spoken with some of my friends who are also Samsung users, and they have experienced similar issues with their phones. I have not dropped my phone or exposed it to water, so I don't think it is a physical damage. I am very disappointed with this issue and I hope you can provide me with a solution as soon as possible. I have attached some photos of my screen with the green line for your reference. Please let me know what steps I need to take to fix this problem or if I can get a replacement or a refund for my phone.

You purchased your s21 ultra over 2 years ago. You will probably find you are now out of your 2 year warranty. You can still contact samsung and find out what it would cost to repair you phone.

@Rakees  It is worthwhile starting your phone in Safe Mode https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/  to see if the problem still exists in case it is a software issue, connected to particular apps.  However only a possibility if you have 3rd party apps on your Device as these do not run in Safe  Mode. You may well need a repair though .

Myself and my friend using Samsung s21 ultra 5G Model -G998B/DS

We both facing the same issue. Mine I got since 2week of Feb2023 and he got since Feb2023 Last week. When I woke up in the morning, unlocked my mobile, there a vertical green line just next to selfie camera, slightly blinking. I was worried and restarted, resetted. No thing worked. Finally I took to Samsung service center, they suggested me to wait as Samsung s20+ got the same issue and Samsung provided FREE SCREEN REPLACEMENT for that particular model alone.

Request to provide FREE SCREEN / DISPLAY REPLACEMENT FOR S21 ULTRA 5G as well. 

Since this issue is happening for most of the users (Model -G998B/DS) I have seen.

Hope this will come to your notice and for your action.

I also have same issue and visited Samsung Service Center 2 times and i made numerous complaints but no one help ne since my phone warranty is over. It is my first and last experience with Samsung products. I never buy again their products.
