Increasing sound issues, but not constant problem. Have done sound checks and fine, taken it out of its case , removed the screen protector, cleaned and replaced the sim as samsung help advised and done a factory reset - only as Samsung on line tech said the shop techs will not look at it unless I do.
Shop techs booked solid for 7 days, and I 6 month old £1000 phone that is useless..
