Hi there, my phone recently scanned for any outdated software and it said that I need to update my security patch to the July 1, 2023 security patch, but it said that the phone is up to date and already has the July 1, 2023 security patch.
As it shows as up to date through the settings, we recommend manually updating your phone using our Samsung Smart Switch programme for Windows/Mac OS. We will leave a link to this below. Once installed, connect your phone via USB and run the programme. Smart Switch will then inform you of any pending updates that are available, and prompt you to install them there and then.
