S20 ultra stopped charging said moisture detected, umm hasn't been in moisture.....this is driving me nuts!!! Anybody else's doing this???

I've seen similar threads to yours and some have self resolved after a short while.

The moisture detection pop up can certainly be an anomaly.

Are you able go try a wireless charger in the interim ?

Moisture can happen inside a phone due to what's happening around the phone such as warm conditions causing droplets to occur inside the phone but this really needs to be extreme weather etc.

Turn the phone Off for a short while and then power back on.

If this does not help then in the long term I'd suggest to visit a Samsung Experience Store  / Samsung Service Centre or use the Samsung Doorstep repair service if available to you or arrange to send the phone off.
