S20 5g screen rotation

Hi, for some time now my s20 5g screen will not rotate, I have tried restarting, switching rotation mode on and off and various other ideas to correct this issue, to no avail. 

Has anyone other suggestions or can Samsung correct this remotely.

Hi @Jumping. Please restart your phone in Safe Mode to see if it works during this. If it does, it indicates a third party app is causing the issue. Hold the Power/ Bixby and Volume Down buttons together until Power Off is displayed on the screen and long press on this to change it to Safe Mode then tap on it.

Hi Carl,
I have tried safe mode, and this has not changed the screen rotation, so I am still unable to use this feature. I have tried resetting the G sensors and no difference.
I am reluctant to return to factory defaults as in my experience, it has caused me so many problems with backups and passwords that I don't fancy doing this.
