Go into your gallery,
At the bottom Right corner you have 3 lines above each other, press that then press on settings.
Then once in settings scroll down to Recycle Bin. ( turn off Recycle bin for 30 days for Photo's and Videos).
But please note with that turned off once you delete a photo or video it's gone and no coming back.
