Problems with bluetooth connecting but not producing audio after new update

After the recent software update this month which I downloaded kinda late on my s21 I've been having trouble with Bluetooth. Basicly no Bluetooth audio devices are working but they work on my computer. I tried de pairing them restarting my phone and starting it in safe mode but no matter what the Bluetooth wouldn't connect. Due to the devices working on my pc I'm assuming it's an issue with my phone but I have no clue what to do.

I have exactly the same problem! I connect my phone to my car perfectly fine but zero sound comes out even though both my phone and the car say its playing, it's not my car because my partners Google pixel works fine. He bought me the Alexander auto for Christmas and it won't work through Bluetooth or aux with this phone 😒
