I have recently moved from LG to Samsung Galaxy S9 + and many pictures and videos are lost, they appear as a gray screen with an exclamation mark whether I use the internal memory or a good brand  SD card.  Any help please?  Thank you!

Hi @ohs:smiling-face:

Can you tell us more about how you transferred your data from your old phone?

And anything in common with the pictures and videos that are greyed out, e.g. file type, age, where they were originally stored or how they were made/shot?

not an sd card issue. i never used one. something is renaming photos and adding numbers to the end of the files (i bulk rename them). never had problem with galaxy s7, do on my a71. i use gallery, google photos is uninstalled. no virus. thinking now may have something to do with gallery when moving photos/albums.. anyone know different? i didnt notice this error until after a phone reset. this is a software/hardware problem.
