Phone calling

I've been trying to call my mum for two weeks and everytime I get and engaged tone. Her phone is fine as Mt husband has 02 but I can't call her have checked and and blocked but they are all correct can someone help please. As mu mum has cancer and I have to call ebveryday

Can you call anybody else with your phone, maybe speak to your network provider if you can't.

Yes can call all other just my mum and her phone is not blocked my or on dnd

Not a fix, but can you call using WhatsApp or another service whilst you try and work out what's wrong?

02 are sending me new sim as cannot find another problem
