Hi can someone help me I have s21 5g and my friend have the same phone as me but he got android 14 one ui 6.0 and I didn't.

Hi @wrldz9  This is not unusual, the software is relesed in batches and will not be available on all Devices at the same time.  I have an S21 Ultra and I am still waiting for One UI 6.0, my device was direct from Samsung, know that some on Network supplied Devices have received it.
