No updates since I purchased my phone

I bought an S21 FE-SM-G990B2 and I noticed I didn't received any updates at all. It was on One UI 5.0 and January security patch and the support said I need to wait a week or two and I will get it. That was in June. And now it's October and still nothing.

Some background information: I bought 2 S21 FE-SM-G990B2 and one of this 2 phone is reciveing all the updates. I don't want to flash it with Odin and the smart switch update is not as good as to update with my phone on my phone OTA.

Someone is dealing with the same problem?

Yes, I tryed and they told me to wait, because the updates are sent in different waves.

I know, but I don't know what to do anymore. I reseted my phone twice, I cleared the cache, but nothing.
