Moisture detected

After installing may update my phone say moisture detected.i've had to buy a charge pad.the phone s20+has never been near moisture.tried factory reset but makes no difference the warning and alarm come back as soon as i plug in the charger

From here, an advisor will be able to assist you further, and arrange for the phone to be inspected by an engineer.

I have not had any problems with the latest update on my s20 ultra 5g hope you get it fixed soon
