Moisture detected

After installing may update my phone say moisture detected.i've had to buy a charge pad.the phone s20+has never been near moisture.tried factory reset but makes no difference the warning and alarm come back as soon as i plug in the charger

@tone21: If you have attempted the steps in the link provided above by @Fiona26, and the issue has persisted, then please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and get in touch via your preferred contact method. From here, an advisor will be able to assist you further, and arrange for the phone to be inspected by an engineer.

I have not had any problems with the latest update on my s20 ultra 5g hope you get it fixed soon
