Mobile data not working since update

Hello I recently updated my s21 ultra and since then my mobile data isn't working and network is really bad most time my phone says emergency calls only I've done all the trouble shooting changed network provider and even factor reset my phone nothing has worked is anyone else experiencing this issue and how do I resolve it please thank you

To help determine whether this is your phone , network signal or your sim card at fault can you try your sim card in another phone.

And another sim card in your phone @Nikkiniks12 

You can also run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members app.

A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone if necessary.

Reset network settings and see if it helps.

Also make sure apps are updated in both Samsung and Google store .

I have exactly the same problem with my S21 Ultra.  I've dual SIMs in the phone and both are having the same problem.  I've tested the SIM in another device and it works fine.  I did the software update last week and that's when the problems started to happen

I had this same problem too with At&t and we've tried many things to solve this problem. We went to customer services many times, and they all gave us different answers. One said to change our sim card, yet that still did not work. Last resort was to upgrade my phone (to samsung 24 ultra), and my data ended up coming back. I was hoping that it wouldn't end this way since we've had this phone for 3 years!! It's kind of weird how a lot of people have this problem... maybe it's just samsung?

I had this problem too, and my last resort was to get a new phone. I ended up getting a new phone and got my data back. I'm so sad that it had to end this way 🙁
