Making calls off other phones

Hi, i have a Samsung galaxy S10 and A13, is it possible to make calls from my A13 if I have no credit on my A13, is it possible to make calls using the credit from my S10 to use my A13 to make calls and send texts?

Calls & text on other devices feature is not available between 2 phones, but only between a Samsung phone and Samsung watches and tabs.
