Downgrading is very difficult and not recommended.

When did you last perform a Wipe Partition Cache on your device?

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer USBC to USBC (you may also connect to another Samsung mobile via USBC). Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

I've tried this method couple times but doesn't seem to fix anything for me but thanks for the advice.

Have you tried factory resetting the phone? Set it upbas a new phone and only copy back documents and media. Download apps from Play/Galaxy Stores as required.

That's a bummer! If Samsung Experience Store is near by, may be you could let them have a look at the issue or book for a repair (pick up).
