Green vertical line

Green vertical line appeared on the screen after my S21 Ultra had a software update here in the UK. This issue seemed prevalent with samsung phones.

Reach out to Samsung support. Some reports claiming a free repair was being offered.

I have seen that my friends phone which is refurbished was working great for a week but all of a sudden got a green streak. You should contact Samsung, I have not had this problem on my s23 so it must be happening on older phones more.

Was your friends phone refurbished via a 3rd party (non authorised Samsung repair) or via Samsung

Yes It was, he used it for around a week then all of a sudden it got a huge green streak going down the screen he did not drop it or damage it.

Not covered then. Samsung will charge user for repair

Yes but he was lucky enough to be able to return it for his money back. I bought my phone brand new as I don't trust refurbished ones
