It may be down to the emergency sos. If you go to settings > safety and emergency > emergency sos. Toggle it off and see if the issue stops. Could be the button getting caught. If it's counting down 10 secs before calling, it most likely is.
This was happening to me a few weeks ago everyday I would leave my phone in my pocket and go to my school and my school has a strict no phone policy so when I come out of the school to see the notification that all my blocked contacts are unblocked because I made an emergency call and then a few missed calls from a private number and then a message from the police to call back so I turned off the 10 second emergency count down and it has not happened ever since 🙃😅
