Device disabled as stolen

Hello everyone , i baught a phone in its case with all its informations imei and where it was made and assembled from a third party , after one month , the phone was blocked and a message appears when i turn it on : device disabled as stolen device. Pls help me what could be the problem and is there anything i can do

Sorry to hear about this, when you say third party do you mean from someone on Ebay, Facebook? or someone who you don't know? How did you pay for it? This is a scam that's been happening for years, someone will sell you a phone and as soon as you have paid for it they tell their insurance company they lost the phone or it was stolen so the insurance company pay out. The seller gets paid twice for the same phone.

You have sort of answered your own question.

It appears that either the seller didn't own the device and as such should not have sold it (and the actual owner reported it stolen) OR the seller was the owner and has claimed the insurance and sold it to you as well to pocket the money.

Your only option is to try to get a refund from the seller.
