Hello everyone I hope you're having a good day I just wanted to ask why I cannot currently set background and profile pics for certain people I've been able to do it for some of my contacts but some of them are not if anyone knows what this problem is please contact me in the comments below thank you have a good day
If some are saved to the SIM and others to the phone, I would suggest try moving one of your contacts where you cannot add a profile pic to your phone contacts not SIM) to see if that works.

Okay I've now saved them directly on my sim card and also back them up to we have a clone thank you so much for the censor this is the conclusion have a good day
I am also getting the same problem as you with my contact and profile card it even seems it won't let me see my whole gallery and other photos. I have Factory reset my device and backed up data then the next backup didn't load all my saved data so I had to factor reset it again and everything was okay except the pictures again
