Can someone tell me how I can change my samsung cloud plan to 1TB, before I could do it on my device now I don't find the option to change the plan to pay monthly

I think you have limited storage but can get 1tb on Onedrive for a monthly fee or free if you subscribe to Office365

@060968 seem to need Microsoft 365 at £59.99 annually for the 1TB option, 100 GB is £19.99. Some information here https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/onedrive/compare-onedrive-plans

Microsoft One drive has replaced samsung drive.

So either get storage on One drive with Microsoft

Or

Like me get Google One.
