I randomly keep getting this error on my 10 month old S21

The SIM is inserted correctly, facing upwards. 

I ordered a replacement SIM from Giffgaff and added this into the phone but I am still getting the same message pop up. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue ?

are you using a case on your phone ? I've realised that without the case on this problem has not happened - and I'm talking months. If I have an important call and waiting on one I take it out of the case.

 

Might sound daft but it's working so far !

Strangely I've also noticed it happens more (with case on) in the cold.

 

Again could be nonsense but just feeding back what I've noticed ! **bleep** me off upgrading as you wonder if the same with later models

ESIM won't work on mine. Even AT&T staff failed at setting it up.

Happening every few mins for the last week or so for me, im out of contract & no longer paying for o2 insure as my handset is fully paid off. I dont know what to do

You could get in touch with Samsung direct by phone and see if they'll repair. It's a known fault on the model warranty aside. Thing is you'll be without a phone for a couple of weeks
