Cant open samsung health

i have an s20 5G and i've been using samsung health app to track nutrients for months now. All of a sudden i cant open the app. it says "Unauthorised changes were made to your phone. Contact customer support for more information (0x241300040e61706241d)

I literally used the app a few hours ago and it worked fine. I have not installed anything since, i have done a phone scan - in line with a solution given to someone else - as well as making sure the phone is 'official' in the settings. There was no issue with the scan and the phone is 'official'

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi can anyone I recently bought a Samsung a54 thr fone is ok works fine .But it won't connect to Samsung health monitor .I keep getting a message saying Samsung health is only available in countries were it has been approved I'm in the UK
