Camera on galaxy s10

My camera always seems to be out of focus. I get alot of "blurry photos" alerts. Also the color is so blah, Grey tone, and dull. I tried turning up the brightness on my phone settings but it did no good. Now I also have 2 annoying lines that go across the screen! On every camera app too. But only the rear camera mode. Not the front camera. They don't look like cracks on the screen but maybe...? Does anyone know how to fix any of these issues?

Do you have lens protectors over the cameras. If so I'd recommend removing them and trying again.
Have you tried cleaning the lenses. Sounds obvious I know.
But a lens cleaner can remove anything over the lens that wiping won't remove
Not sure about the lines, is it the same outdoors?
Sometimes lighting can cause a similar issue. Especially some LED lamps.
Can try clearing the cache of the app possibly
Ultimately it could just be down to the age of the device, if the water resistance seal is compromised maybe allowing ambient moisture to get it
Can ask a service centre to look into it
