bluetooth volume low in car

When connected to my vhauxhall car by Bluetooth and I make a call or listen to music through YouTube, the car volume all the way up the sound is very very quiet, when I use the volume keys to turn the volume up its light grey and won't go up its just set at half way, it was fine 2 weeks ago no problems at all, what is causing this and how I do i fix it please

I'm having the exact same problem, in car calls are very quiet and the bluetooth volume in call is greyed out and cannot be adjusted. Was perfectly fine until did recent update on Saturday and now can't hear anyone that calls me. Any advise? I've googled everywhere and tried everything. Galaxy A51.

Mine just all of a sudden just started working again nothing I tried worked then 1 day it just worked again 🤷🏻‍♀️
