Black screen nothing S21 Ultra

Guys my phone was all working picked it up and dead nothing blank. Power and volume down done nothing tried it hundreds of times.

Tried plugging in the charger cable and pressing the buttons again nothing, ive popped it on the wireless charger nothing but seems to be registering as charging.

What are my options after trying all the above, please? the phone is stone cold so I'm sure it's dead battery perhaps? want to save it is pristine

Was it after an update by any chance?? S21's have been messing up after updates by the droves recently!

Not sure mate to be honest all was fine... Phone was sat beside me I picked it up to check my messages and screen was just blank.
Never woke up from yesterday..
Phone is mint condition

Official repairs won't be worth it via samsung.. the repair will likely be more than the phone is worth or somewhere close

£119 battery replacement according to their site.. My phone the carbon version 256mb worth at least £400

How do you know its definitely the battery though?

Well they quote before they fix it so if its too much I'll just get it back
