Hi 

I gave my old S9+ phone to my GF and when we tried to sign her into Samsung Account it doing 2 step verification bit to an old device n number which is broken and no longer in use.

She doesn't remember what the backup code was or what it is. Her old Samsung device was J4+

Tried via chrome only to get same issues verification code to old number and device.

Any ideas what we can do?
