Unable to send whatsapp messages while on a normal voice call

I am unable to send a whatsapp message or browse the internet while I am on a normal voice call. 

How can this be resolved?

Model? , connection? What type of call? Regular t mobile call? FB? WhatsApp? Etc....

If you want to browse the Internet during a call, you must be on at least 4G LTE

Monty is right, it's down to your connection

4G is minimal to achieve that, well you can with 3G too but most are shutting that down
