Same here. I can uninstall the English TTS packages via the Galaxy store but the others are greyed out. Pretty sure it's something to do with AI interpreter.
Whilst helping someone else I stumbled across a way to delete language packs. While using Samsung Internet, press the AI icon so the translate bar opens. Tap the 3 vertical dots on that bar. Tap settings>language packs for translation. Tap edit. Choose the languages and tap delete.
Alternatively settings>advanced features >advanced intelligence >Samsung Internet > translate >language packs for translation
Only drawback is Galaxy store keeps nagging that the language packs need updating.
