For 2 days now my Wi-Fi will not trun on, it's just a lighter blue when I click on the icon, what can I do to fix it.

Don't delete anything or rest your phone, I've lost all my contacts that I've backed up to my Google account and now I can't get into my Google account anymore.

If Samsung tell you to rest your phone don't do it. I went to a Samsung store for them to fix my phone and they went me to pay £650🖕

Lot of people are reporting the same issue. Don't know what to do, except taking my phone to the Samsung store. Samsung is asking users that LCD and wifi device needs changing.
