A few questions.
I've figured the green number it my target calories. It changes when I change the target. However the figure in the lemon doesn't. That still stays with Samsung Health's much higher recommend target. Why?
Also what is the grey number beneath the target calories for? I've noticed that also changes when I change my target calories.
Why doesn't Samsungs target calories account for weight loss goals. The recommended target calories stay the same with or without a weight goal set.
Is Samsung's target value one that would keep your weight the same? Basically your BMR plus activity? And is this activity your actual activity or a preset one, like sedentary, mildly active, active, very active etc.
