S22 Ultra fingerprint gets deactivated

After a recent update to one UI 6.0 version the device many times stops using the fingerprint unlock and asks only password.

I have to restart it to bring the fingerprint back to work for couple of hours.

In addition every bank account or fingerprint unlock app. Does detect this issue and cannot loggin to use them.need to re register for them.

Any ideas 💡 on this please?

I think it's a bug because it happens with me from time to time

The problem is samsung refuses it as a bug.

Says reset your phone etc.
