Humidity alert on Samsung X cover pro

I have an X cover pro mobile X cover modrl SM-G715FN/DS.  The humidity alert is still poping up  but it is not humid....so I can't charge it normally. I read diffetent posting but did not find the solution..... I wondering to clear my Usb setting cache as recommended but i can't find on my application system.

Any ideas how to get ride of this notification without resetting everything ?

It means your charging port is damp no amount of clearing usb cache will fix a damp usb port. It's getting damp some how and its being detected as getting damp. The port detects its damp by detecting a short
