How do you arrange apps alphabetically? (Samsung galaxy s9)

Anyone know the ***** guide to arranging apps alphabetically please ? 

I've looked on line but the shown method doesn't work

Tap the menu button to the right of the search box on the app grid. You'll find the option there

Swipe in to your app grid press the 3 dots to the right of the search bar and tap sort then change from custom order and change it to alphabetical order

The only thing that came up was "Settings""and Choose apps to search in"
