My mother has a Samsung account. She passed away in 2022 and Im trying to shut down her old accounts. Facebook, google all they needed was to confirm her email address and her death certificate. I cant find a form on the site to do this for samsung. Her phone is not in my possession as it was taken by an estranged family member at the memorial. We know theyre using her account and have access to her cloud. I do not want personal family photos accessed by this individual. We previously backed up her information when she became ill, so the last account holding out is this one. Since I cannot get in, I activated 2FA for her back when she was healthy, and forgot to set my phone as a backup for login and password resets. Please assist , I would like to resolve this before the weeks end.
