Can I get my deleted phone call and date I rang them numbers back from phone

Unfortunately not once deleted on the phone app. Only messages you can restore from recycle bin within 30 days.
You could try,
Navigate to Settings > Accounts and Backups > Restore Data.
Select the desired device backup, then select the call log option and tap Restore.
Depending if you backed up data.
