Can we please get back 180° screen rotation

It's been years since samsung removed the ability to rotate screens 180° on tablets and phones. Can we please have it back? I'm actually breaking charging cords because of the awkward position i charge things in now.

My screen rotate at all direction, if I watch YouTube I can have the charging port on the right of on the left and the screen will rotate accordingly 🤔

I feel like it's just been years since you forgot how to do it. Search rotate in settings.

I did search for it and here's what i got: 

"there is not a setting to enable 180° screen rotation on Samsung phones."

Even vertical? can you have the charger port on both the top or the bottom of the phone? I dont care about having it on the sides, i need it on the top.
