Hi,

I broke my old Samsung phone and I have chosen another brand for my new phone. Nothing against Samsung, it just fitted my specific needs better than Samsung current product lines.

Is it possible to access my contacts stored in my Samsung account without a Samsung phone? I can see that the details are there on my account in Samsung Cloud, but it only gives me the option of deleting the backup, not accessing it in any way. Is there a Samsung App I can download? I can't find one.

I don't think so. If you sync them to your Google account. It will be saved

Loging into Google and on there website click on the square made up of 9 dots top rightside and scroll down to contacts. They maybe in there.

Always save your contacts to your Google account. Then whatever phone you have they are always there.

I had a similar problem and found a solution. But, I did have limited access to my phone though.

My screen broke and I could only tap pop up windows. In order to move my contacts I managed to connect my phone to a computer using a USB to USB-C cable and accessed the DeX app. In the app go to contacts. Select Manage Contacts and then Move Contacts. Here you can select "from" and "to" accounts to switch any number of contacts from any account (Samsung, Google, Phone, Microsoft) to any account.

Took me days to figure this out. There is no support for this kind of problem... Especially, screen malfunctions can royally mess you up.
