5G Network issue for samsung A52s 5G.

I have Samsung A52s 5G and using jio SIM. I am facing the issue that whenever my network is set to 5G I am not able to make outgoing calls and even if i received incoming calls also the call disconnected automatically after picking up or i will not be able to listen the other person voice. This problem is not there when i set my network to 4G but my 4G network is always on no service or either is emergency calls. I have to restart my device everytime i have to make a call. Earlier i thought it might be the problem of my SIM then i tried on different 5G device it works perfectly and even complain multiple times to Jio customer care.. What should i do to resolve this problem? Is every A52s 5G face this issue? I Have tried almost every possible solution but its not helping.. Please help me with this.
